Canon Details Once upon a time, a fantasy realm of a bunch of islands floating in the sky was ruled by the magically and technologically advanced Astrals. They created primal beasts to serve them -- man-made elementals, controlling domains that ranged from the concrete like the wind to the abstract like promises. These sky islands were also populated by skydwellers; mortals, basically, including but not limited to humans. But a few hundred years ago, the Astrals attempted to wipe out the skydwellers, setting off a conflict that became known simply as the War. Naturally, the Astrals used primal beasts to fight it for them. The Astrals lost their war and were (nearly) wiped out. The primals who survived the war suddenly found themselves masterless, left to make their way in a world of skydwellers that hated and feared them.

Nezha is one such primal beast. He fought in the War, and probably conflicts before that, living for nothing but endless battle. Then the War ended, and the Astrals were gone, and he had to figure out how to be a masterless primal beast of battle in peacetime. Over the centuries, he mellowed out considerably, spending his time wandering the sky, chilling with friends, letting skydwellers take him down in raids, and studying skydweller pastimes and culture. Even so, there's still nothing that gets him more excited than the prospect of a good fight.

15 Second Summary An affable, laidback young man who enjoys flying about and investigating the fascinating pastimes of mortals. Nothing is too strange or obscure for his interest, though he always moves on eventually. He's still a primal beast of battle, though, and is always up for a good fight. All things considered, pretty chill about the War, all the continuing conflict between skydwellers and primals, and the whole "created to be the weapon of genocidal maniacs" thing.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities Nezha was a raid boss and summon who recently made the leap to actual NPC. So this is going to be a mishmash of story stuff and raid/summon mechanics. This will get more details when he's inevitably released as a playable character.

General primal beast stuff:
- He is a forcibly corporealized concept from another realm (From what I remember? Listen, the details aren't important). His "element" isn't ever named, but given his powers/role is probably something abstract like "battle" or "speed."
- Functionally immortal. If he takes truly fatal damage, he'll revert to a shiny crystal "core form" to hibernate until he can reform. This can take many years, and the duration of recovery seems to vary from primal to primal. It's possible to permanently kill a primal, but it's rare and very difficult to do.
- Can make a contract with a skydweller to lend them a bit of his power. This is a very difficult process that requires a deep bond and mini-heart game. Do not attempt until frands.

Primal beast of battle stuff:
- Harder, better, faster, stronger. A full raid requires 120-180 participants (max 30 players with teams of four + 2 subs each) to take him down. This isn't even enough to do "fatal" damage that would reduce him to core form, since he's presumably always around for the next raid. Nezha can pull his punches enough for one-on-one fisticuffs with a human when he wants to, though.
- Floating/flying. He is incredibly fast. When flying, wheels of fire show up on his ankles.
- Comes with a lance that lights up with flames and can also shoot flames. Nice.
- Weak vs. fire, strong vs. earth.

Raid boss stuff:
- Soar the Heavens: Skill Seal, Fire DEF down, Status DEF down on all allies.
- Wind and Fire Rings: Wind ATK up, Fire ATK up.
- Flamelance: Accendo: Multi-hit Wind and Fire damage to random allies.

Summon stuff:
- Aura (passive buff by being near him): 70% boost to Wind and Fire ATK. 25% boost to Wind and Fire HP.
- Call (he does a thing): Massive Wind DMG to all foes and bonus Fire DMG. All allies gain Fire Cut 20%, 30% Fire ATK up, 30% Wind ATK up

For elemental stuff, assume it applies if you're either of that elemental "type" or are performing magic that falls under one of those elements, like a fireball.
Permissions Please keep in touch! All fights are definitely okay, but I'll want to handwave until I know what his full skill set looks like.
Sensing Made of magic! Mostly wind but a bit of fire magic! Despite being named/designed after the deity Nezha, he's not related to Earth Nezha or at all divine.
